What roommate turnover means in practice
Roommate turnover is not a smaller version of whole-home turnover: the house is occupied the entire time. Access, cleaning, showings, deposit handling, and common-area condition all have to work around people who still live there, and the cost of a slow refill is one room’s rent per day rather than the whole property’s.
Bedroom 3 ends on the 18th, is cleaned on the 19th and 20th, and the next resident starts on the 21st while the other three residents never move.
