Do I need a credit card for the trial?

No. You pay nothing until RentCaddie has collected your first rent, for up to 60 days. No credit card to start. After your first rent lands you have 7 days to choose a plan. You get every Pro feature for up to 25 active leases.

How does annual billing work?

You pay for the year in one charge. The price on the Annual tab is that charge spread across twelve months, so you can compare it with the monthly price beside it. Starter is $320 a year against $384 paid monthly, Pro $2,360 against $2,832, and Portfolio $5,960 against $7,152 — between 16% and 16% off.

Can I pay immediately and skip the trial?

Yes. Choose “I’m ready — let’s go” during signup to select a paid plan and begin right away.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Move between plans or change your billing cadence from billing settings as your portfolio changes.
