Send landlords to RentCaddie. Earn 20% of what they pay, for as long as they stay.
You get your own link. Every landlord who signs up through it is yours: each month they pay RentCaddie, we pay you 20% of it. And the landlords you send get their first paid month free.
Three steps, and the third one repeats.
- 1
You get your own link
We make it when you join. Put it wherever your audience already is — a video description, your show notes, an email, a slide.
- 2
A landlord signs up through it
They start the same free trial as everybody else, and they are told their first paid month is free. Nothing for them to type in.
- 3
You are paid every month
Each month they pay RentCaddie, 20% of it is yours — the month they get free is the one month that pays nothing. It does not stop after a year. It stops when they do.
The landlords you send get their first paid month free.
So “use my link” is worth something to them, not only to you. They try RentCaddie free for 14 days like anybody else. When they pay for the first time, one month of what they paid comes off their bill.
People landlords already ask.
Co-living and rent-by-the-room coaches
Your students are about to run four leases in one house. They need somewhere to run them.
House-hacking educators
The first rental is usually the home they live in. RentCaddie is built for the owner who does it all themselves.
Real estate channels and podcasts
When a listener asks what you would use to collect rent and keep the books, you have an answer and a link.
Bookkeepers and tax preparers
Clients who keep their rentals in RentCaddie hand you income and expenses already sorted by property.
Investor meetup organizers
Every month a room full of landlords asks each other what software they use.
Anyone landlords already listen to
You do not have to be a RentCaddie customer. You have to know landlords who would be better off with it.
Everything there is to know.
20% of what every landlord you send pays
Worked out on the money RentCaddie actually receives from them each month, to the cent — after any discount they were given. A landlord who pays for a year up front counts one twelfth of it each month.
For as long as they stay
Not for the first month and not for the first year. Every month they remain a paying customer, you are paid for that month.
Paid every month
At the start of each month we add up what your landlords paid the month before and send you your share, the way you and we agree when you join.
The landlords you send get their first paid month free
It is the reason to say “use my link”. After their first payment we take one month of what they paid off their RentCaddie bill.
A landlord counts for you when they sign up through your link
Your link remembers who sent them for 30 days. The first link a landlord signs up through is the one that counts, and it stays that way.
Nothing is earned on a month nobody paid for
A free trial, the month a landlord gets free, a payment that did not go through and a payment we refunded earn nothing. A RentCaddie account of your own — one under your email address, or under your company’s email addresses — does not count for you either.
You must say that you earn a commission.
Whenever you recommend RentCaddie — in a video, a post, an email, a talk, a conversation with a client — tell people plainly that you are paid when they sign up through your link. Say it where they will see or hear it before they click, not in small print afterwards. It is what the rules on paid recommendations in the United States expect, and it is how you keep an audience’s trust.
“I earn a commission if you sign up for RentCaddie through my link.”
That sentence is enough.
Tell us who you are.
Four short answers. A person reads every one. If the program fits, we email you your link and agree how you would like to be paid.
Already a RentCaddie customer and want to tell one other landlord? You have your own link on your Billing page, and it earns you a free month.
